Field Level Ag is offering 206.70+/- acres in two tracts to the public through an in person absolute auction with a remote bidding option. All bidding is on a per acre basis. The final settlement price will be based on the real estate tax acreage. Interested remote bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this quality farmland. The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the sale to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.
Tract 1: 77.92 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located in the southeast corner of Logan County, four miles southwest of Latham. This tract has 77.11 tillable acres. The soils consist of Ipava silt loam, Plano silt loam, and Sable silty clay loam with an average weighted PI of 138.2.
Tract 2: 128.78 Acres of quality central Illinois farmland located on the corner of Illiopolis Road and Acom Road, one mile west of Niantic. This tract has 114.84 tillable acres. The soils consist of Sawmill silty clay loam, Plano silt loam, and Brooklyn silt loam with an average weighted PI of 128.8. There is a building site on the east side of the tract with two grain bins.
