Kinser Wargel grew up in Clinton, IL where he was active in 4-H, FFA, and worked part time for a local farm and ag retailer. Some of his hobbies include pheasant hunting, fishing, golf, and weight lifting.
He received a B.S. Degree in Agriculture Economics with a concentration in farm management from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in May, 2023. While on campus he served as president of IlliDell of Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity during the construction of their new facility on Chalmers Street.
Kinser is a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Illinois Farm Bureau, recipients of the American FFA Degree, a director on the board of Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries, currently enrolled in Leadership Springfield, and the executive secretary for the IlliDell of Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity Alumni Board.
