Field Level Ag is offering 453.22+/- acres in 5 to the public through an in person auction with a remote bidding option. All bidding is on a per acre basis. The final settlement price will be based on the real estate tax acreage. Interested remote bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this prime Class A farmland. The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the sale to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.

Tract 1: 80.00 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 78.22 cropland acres. The soils consist of Elburn silt loan, Drummer silty clay loam, Proctor silt loam, and Flanagan silt loam with an average weighted PI of 141.0.

Tract 2: 135.22 Acres of high quality central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 120.3 cropland acres. The soils consist of Flanagan silt loam, Dana silt loam, and Drummer silty clay loam with an average weighted PI of 136.8. There is an old building site on the east side of the tract with a barn and shed.

Tract 3: 80.00 Acres of quality central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 75.61 cropland acres. The soils consist of Dana silt loam, Flanagan silt loam, Wyanet silt loam, and Drummer silty clay loam with an average weighted PI of 132.1.
