The final settlement price will be based on the respective tract acreage multiplied by the accepted bid per acre.

Tract #2 – 80.0 Acres in Section 35 of Waltham Township between LaSalle and Ottawa, just off E11TH.  The tract has 74.39 Tillable Acres with an average PI of 138.3.

Tracts will be offered at Public Auction via the Bidder’s Choice and Privilege method of sale.  Bidding on a per acre basis on using the acres noted above.  Lease open for 2024.
