Field Level Ag is offering 146.65+/- acres in 2 tracts to the public through an in person auction with a remote bidding option. All bidding is on a per acre basis. The final settlement price will be based on the real estate tax acreage. Interested remote bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this prime Class A farmland. The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the sale to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.

Tract 1(Mt. Zion): 56.65 acres of productive Class A farmland, located one-half mile east of Sand Creek Conservation Area on the west side of Mt. Zion. This farm is 89.0% tillable with an overall soil productivity index rating of 137.7. The tillable farmland consists of Flanagan, Wingate, and Drummer soil types.

This tract is in the Mt. Zion School Distract and would make a nice home site with a rural feel. There is an area of timber on the south side of the farm to provide privacy from the road. There are no buildings on this farm. The Long Creek Water Tower sits on the east side of the farm.

Tract 2 (Moweaqua): 90.00 acres of productive Class A farmland, located 5 miles east of Moweaqua, IL. This farm is 98.4% tillable with an overall soil productivity index rating of 144.0. It is all Drummer/Flanagan soils. There are no buildings on this farm.
