The Hunter Trust Farm is a highly productive tract of farmland well located two miles east of Farmer City. This farm is just north of Interstate 74 between Farmer City and Mansfield.

This farm consists of 235.97 tillable acres making it 98.8% tillable. The tillable farmland consists of Sable, Ipava, and Hartsburg soil types. Overall, this tract has a soil productivity index rating of 140.0. This tract is improved with small shed and two grain bins on the southwest portion of the farm.
