The Erb-Bowen Farm is a highly productive tract of farmland well located three miles west of Bowen. This farm is bordered on the east by Route 336, a part of a newer four-lane highway running from Quincy to Galesburg.
There is some discrepancy in the total tax acres and the Hancock County FSA tillable acres.
