Field Level Ag is offering 287.35+/- acres in five tracts to the public through an in person auction with a remote bidding option. All bidding is on a per acre basis. The final settlement price will be based on the real estate tax acreage. Interested remote bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this prime Class A farmland. The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the sale to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.

Tract 1: 80.00 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on Bearsdale Road, just northwest of Decatur.  This tract has 78.54 tillable acres.  The soils consist of Ipava silt loam, Sable silty clay loam, and Drummer silty clay loam with an average weighted PI of 142.6. There is a building site on the east side of the tract with a barn and two grain bins.

Tract 2: 60.00 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on Bearsdale Road, Park Road, and State Route 121, just northwest of Decatur. This tract has 55.70 tillable acres.  The soils consist of Drummer silty clay loam, Flanagan silt loam, and Elburn silt loam with an average weighted PI of 142.9.

Tract 3: 51.94 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on Pershing Road, two miles west of Decatur.  This tract has 50.12 tillable acres.  The soils consist of Drummer silty clay loam and Catlin silt loam with an average weighted PI of 142.2.

Tract 4: 40.00 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on State Route 105, six miles east of Decatur.  This tract has 38.49 tillable acres.  The soils consist of Raub silt loam and Drummer-Milford silty clay loams with an average weighted PI of 135.2.

Tract 5: 55.41 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on State Route 105, six miles east of Decatur.  This tract has 54.50 tillable acres.  The soils consist of Drummer-Milford silty clay loams and Flanagan silt loam with an average weighted PI of 138.8. There is a building site excluded from the north of the tract but the grain bin is included with the tillable farmland.

Farm will be offered at Public Auction via the Bidder’s Choice and Privilege method of sale.  Bidding on a per acre basis on using the acres noted above.  Lease open for 2024.
