Field Level Agriculture announces the addition of Nick Suess to lead their new Greenville location.

Greenville, IL - Field Level Agriculture, Inc., a leading provider of professional farmland appraisals, brokerage, and management services throughout Central Illinois, is proud to announce and welcome Nick Suess as Vice President servicing our new Greenville location.

Nick is joining Field Level Agriculture with nearly 10 years of experience in farm management, farm appraisals, and farm brokerage.   Nick was raised on a family grain farm, just south of Greenville, where he spent his younger years working and developing a strong interest in the value of farmland.  With a background in the production of corn, soybeans, and wheat in Southern Illinois, Nick has always wanted to work in an industry related to farming, and he understands the value of farm real estate.  Nick earned his Certified General Appraiser License from the State of Illinois in 2019.

With the newly opened Greenville location, Field Level Ag now has three full-service offices to serve farmland owners.  The Mt. Zion location at 425 Sunset Court, the Springfield location at 2815 Old Jacksonville Road, and the Greenville location at 206 S. Second Street.  Field Level Agriculture, Inc. provides professional farmland appraisals, farm brokerage, and farm management services throughout Central and Southern Illinois.

Founder and Owner, Seth M. Baker, started Field Level Agriculture four years ago to provide the highest level of professional farmland services.  Baker states, “I am very excited about the opportunity to add a third office in what I believe is an underserved region of Illinois.  Nick’s State Certified General Appraisal and Real Estate licenses give us the perfect positioning to quickly meet the needs of our customers.”
