Field Level Agriculture, Inc. and Agrivest Inc., are proud to co-broker the Lichtenberger Farm consisting of 204.01 +/- acres in Christian County.  The property is being offered as two distinct tracts to the public via a live auction with online bidding available.  All bidding will be on a per acre basis (advertised acre). The final settlement price will be based on the respective tract acreage multiplied by the accepted bid per acre.  Interested remote/internet bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this prime central Illinois tillable farmland.  The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the auction to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.

Tract 1: 40.94 surveyed acres of very productive Class A farmland, located two miles southwest of Owaneco. This farm is considered 94.0% tillable with an overall soil productivity index rating of 133.5. The tillable farmland consists of Herrick and Virden soil types.  Access is provided along the southern property line by Co. Rd. 700N.  A pattern tile drainage system was installed on this tract in the spring of 2017.  The property is improved with one grain bin.   

Tract 2: 163.07 tax acres of productive Class A farmland, located two and one-half miles southwest of Owaneco. This farm is 97.8% tillable with an overall soil productivity index rating of 133.4.  The tillable acreage found on Tract #2 consists of Virden and Herrick soil types.  Access to the tract is provided from Co. Rd. 700N along the northern property line and Co. Rd. 1700E along the western property line.  A pattern tile drainage system was installed on this tract in the spring of 2017.  The tract is unimproved.
