Field Level Ag is offering 113.33+/- acres in two tracts to the public through an in person auction with a remote bidding option. All bidding is on a per acre basis. The final settlement price will be based on the real estate tax acreage. Interested remote bidders should visit our online bidding platform to register and bid on this quality farmland. The auctioneer and/or staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled end of the sale to ensure everyone is able to place bids as desired.

Tract 1: 60.00 Real Estate Tax Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located in the southern Piatt County, two miles northeast of Hammond. This tract has 58.01 FSA tillable acres. The soils consist of Flanagan silt loam, Pella silty clay loam, and Drummer-Milford silty clay loam, with an average weighted PI of 140.0. This tract includes a nice, 80 ft x 90 ft machine shed with a shop area. The building site also includes a working well and electic service avaialable on site.

Tract 2: 53.33 Real Estate Tax Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located in the southern Piatt County, two miles northeast of Hammond. This tract has 82.74 FSA tillable acres. The soils consist of Pella silty clay loam, Drummer-Milford silty clay loam, and Flanagan silt loam, with an average weighted PI of 136.7.

Farm will be offered at Public Auction via the Bidder’s Choice and Privilege method of sale. Bidding on a per acre basis on using the acres noted above. Lease open for 2027.
