Auction Details

Buyer’s Choice & Privilege method of sale.  The winning bidder will have the right to select any tract or combination of tracts after the first round of bidding.  Any tracts not selected will be offered to the runner up at the winning bid.  Process will continue until all tracts have been selected. 

This is not an absolute auction, and all winning bids will need to be confirmed and accepted by the Seller(s) prior to the full execution of the purchase agreements.  All tracts sell subject to Seller approval.

Farm lease is open for the 2025 crop year and access will be granted once earnest money is received for buyer to make preparations for the 2025 crop.

Announcements made day of sale or over the online bidding platform will take precedence over all printed material. 

Final acres will be confirmed on day of sale.
